Do you think you can sew the side panels on the lining side first? Also for curves, I sometimes start in the middle and work down one side then go back to the middle and sew the other side. That way it doesn't bunch up as much. Just a thought. I already have this pattern but now will attempt to make one. Thanks so much for all your hard work and generosity of your time.

I saw this pattern on the designer's website. I watched her video and meh. So, is it your teaching style or fabric choices? Because I think this is really cute. I'm not a backpack girl, but I know so many that are. The webbing is cute -do you have to melt it to seal it? Is it hard to sew through? Thank you for sharing! Great job!!
