Stephen Bradshaw told the Horizon scandal inquiry that he knew of reports of problems with the system but wasn't 'technically minded.' Bradshaw said: 'If there was an issue, I would expect Fujitsu [Horizon's maker] to inform the Post Office and the Post Office to let us know what the issues are'

He's essentially confessed to perjury by signing a statement he did write or understand. He admitted he lied to suspects. Theses amount to perverting the course of justice.

Easy to blame others. Not so easy to accept accountability. In this case, the Post Office and the makers of Horizon need to take responsibility.

The fact that we as taxpayers spend so much on these investigations on companies wrongdoings would it not be a reasonable solution to abandon free market economics and properly regulate businesses as well imposing strict punitive sanctions on chief executives

The power of major companies is sometimes astonishing... I wonder what will happen, if anything, to Fujitsu, for causing such major carnage and a gross miscarriage of justice, with thousands of lives scarred and ruined. Even if they are to payout to the victims for damages, we will see if anyone from Fujitsu ever has the guts to apologize.

Incompetents. He SHOULD have been technically minded. He was not suitable for any technical investigation. The Post Office should of had someone who understood the system fully and the ability to spot bugs. Nobody was proactive it seems. Conformity

He may be more technically minded than he gives himself credit for. His email correspondence seems articulate, indicating an awareness of problems with "the Horizon".

What exactly was this man investigating? He seems to have investigated very little himself and simply performed the role of a bully interviewer without being in possession of the full facts.

He’s a nothing, the question is; who recruited him ? That’s where the deep, premeditated crime is.

The guy is a dirty faced liar. He needs to be put through a court of law and tried in a proper manner.

Why isn't starmer being asked questions he was the head of the cps at the time of the post office scandal.

Probably because they aren’t CPS prosecutions, so not brought by him as DPP.

Gives the impression everyone was a "yes" man, both higher ups and low level people. They all saw that there were reasonable doubts, but kept quiet and carried on with punishing the sub post masters.

I think he was ill advised to wear a black shirt and then use explanations similar to the "Nuremberg Defence".
