You hit the nail on the head when you said “Owning entails responsibility”. I feel 100% the same way but never said it so eloquently. I’m 51,now and will probably retire by 60 and when that happens I want ZERO responsibilities and ZERO stress.

That was a good interview. I've been researching quite a bit about Lake Atitlan and it was very good to see an older ex-pat get interviewed. Thank you!

@@AtitlanRealEstate, Is that lake relatively clean enough to swim in? For instance, Lake Chappala in Mx is pretty polluted from what I hear and read (never been there). And are there sewage treatment plants for the villages around the lake?
@AtitlanRealEstate4 жыл бұрын
@@MrJx4000 yes but it depends where you swim from.. I live in Sta Cruz la Laguna in the outskirt of the village and it is clean I swim almost everyday
@AtitlanRealEstate4 жыл бұрын
@@MrJx4000 yes but it depends where as some areas are not appropriate for swimming. Yes there are some village sewage shooting straight into the lake but there are a lot of work to help it keep clean with friends of the lake amigosatitlan.org/
