Just a guess, but the metal rings with animals above them look like a place to tie up the horse for a short time when going into the building. Horses were used for transportation, so seems a reasonable guess.

11K views I told you people would love Gubbio. For all of you looking for investments in Italy. Cantiano, Gubbio, Spello, Orvieto, Montefalco, Gualdo, Todi, Bevagna, Norcia. These are the future popular cities in Italy. If under the Tuscan Sun was to be filmed today, this is where it would happen. They are places where those of us who want to experience Italy as an Italian would go.

I like Mimmi's response. About air and light, I could only make assumptions as I've only spent short periods in these types of areas. I assume it would be the similar to living in some areas of Milan and New York in some cases though a bit more exagerated. haha. Thanks for watching, Asha!

We rode up in the gondola as we were driving through the area. We will never forget the signs on each gondola "non dondalarsi" (don't swing!) It's too bad you didn't show the basilica and the glass tomb of St Ubaldo. There is also a piece of his petrified finger on display. It was very creepy. Umbria is gorgeous though.

Do you know if I can have an llc in the USA that only invests on Italian real estate?
@DauvO4 жыл бұрын
Hi Sergio. Yes US businesses can invest in property in the United States, but are treated pretty much the same as a foreign individual in most cases. The llc would be for your protection within the US system, but you would need to study how Italian law affects you. I recommend strongly you talk to a lawyer or accountant about this, since it is a complex subject.
@sergioedhi18394 жыл бұрын
Bunny Unicorn520 thanks for your response. I was not familiar with offset accounts but reading about it I don’t think that is what I had in mind. What I have in mind is to brrr (buy cash, rehab, rent, refi, repeat). Looks like non-Italians can borrow up to 50 to 60 percent of the property value

Andiamo! Abbiamo città’ MEDIOEVALI in Italia, ovunque... Gubbio è carino, ma è un paesino di 30.000 abitanti... il most beautiful è assolutamente fuori luogo ( io sono nata e vivo a Bologna, ste vecchie casette mi dicono veramente poco).. anyway, good work
@gvisir4 жыл бұрын
