A welldone balanced review (as always), bhai Nikhil! Agreed that this modern powerhouse leather scent has niche qualities. It has too many aspects (eg. burned plastic cable) that I don't like, but I hope it has enough success to encourage designer brands to create more bolder formulas. Good review. I think its worth mentioning cost vs quality on this one as it can be had for very inexpensive prices especially when discounted, partly I think because it is a mainstream release that isn’t mainstream in composition...its not for everyone. For those reasons I feel this was a very good fragrance that I think will have cult status in the future.

I have been trolling youtube for different perspectives on this fragrance. And you nailed it- soapy!!! I get that as well! Does not last on my skin, but for those of you who are disappointed by its lack of performance try it on your cloth like under shirt, it will last! Its out pacing TF ombre leather for me a really good scent a gem I think!!!

My daughter got this for me from her school trip to the US in October 2017. She said it smelled different from all the Fragrances I had and strangely she liked it. It certainly is not for everyone and it doesn't please everyone too. But I like it and it does stands out.

Agreed. Gucci isn't known for making stellar perfumes. I had hoped great things from Gucci since the release of this, but I am not sure. The latest Gucci Guilty Femme EDP is very average; notes, projection and longevity.

First time I tried it I took it back IMMEDIATELY. Came back a few years later and thought I could appreciate it-- That is until I wore it a few times and couldn’t go to sleep because the scent seemed to get stronger and stronger. Ended up throwing it in the trash! Too resinous, too oily , too spicy, too dark, and performs way too well‼️
