I ended up getting the Marmont small matelassé shoulder bag at duty free in Milan and have used it every day since. They were super lovely and helpful in store. It's my favorite and perfect for every day. I had no idea about making the mini a fanny pack, I kinda want that now too!!

I have this bag in the beige and it goes with so much. I haven't tried it as a fanny pack but I have a bigger waist than you do so I don't know if it would be comfortable.

The bag is adorable. If you think calling Gucci was frustrating don’t go into the King of Prussia store. They act like they can’t bothered. In my opinion the same is true of the Louis Vuitton store there too. I think I’d buy Gucci through Nordstrom and LV only through my wonderful SA Sabrina in Naples FL.

I decided to look into getting a small bag because big bags are essentially a big ole trash bag of nothing for me. The bigger the bag i have the more trash i carry and i always struggle to find anything inside it. Im 5'6 i may order this online enough to fit a phone a gloss and wallet card thats it. I'm tired of carrying so much junk around.

I bought the white creme ...well if you prefer to buy online that can avoid confrontation and bad service . I found LV was awful in service. I made appointments so it helped.

It’s disappointing to hear that they expect people to put up with bad service. And I’m surprised that the people who have the money to buy their products are ok with this. Personally I would not let a business force me to buy something online. And my point was that giving your money to a business is your choice and is the only way to show them if you support what they are doing or not. I would not support poor service even if a product cost much less.
