I think the clothes are "good" not great but.... I think it's a perfect cleanser from the last designer. It is a very good start and I hope it will influence the industry as a whole. Also, the presentation (with just the lights and black background) is excellent. You can actually see the clothes and aren't distracted by a crazy set.

I have tried some of these jackets in person. Love the perfect cutting & silhouette. And, NO, please do not compare them to those from H&M or Shien. When you see these jackets in person, you can tell the amount of efforts being put in the garment. Younger clients may say they are boring, but me as a mature client, I really love them. They are classic & humble, yet chic. A true staple to anyone’s wardrobe.

His visions and ideas blow me away every times with his beyond-creative shows and fashion pieces, each with new and exiting concepts. That makes me really want to buy Gucci - a luxury brand - for the first time in my life. This new direction is really not bad in of itself. Simplicity, elegance... I know it, but it's not meant for what I know of Gucci. Gucci is meant to be creativity, freedom, breaking limits, not this simple classic stuff. I'm so sad this is the new reality. Gucci loses me as a customer and a die-hard fan.

I like this collection. Very reminiscent of a vision I feel modern fashion shows haven’t had since the 90s. There’s a few costume pieces, but they aren’t something Shein can successfully dupe-you’d want to buy the real thing or not at all. The fashion is also so well crafted, you’re not focused on the models. And everything else will appease the formal, streetwear, and business casual crowd with its versatility.
