Guernsey consists of ten parishes, including the most populated, St Peter Port, Castel, which is the largest, and Torteval - which is the smallest and least populated. Hi Ros and gang Nice drive through st saviours it all looks so much greener then i remember ,i guess it gets better with age Her is a funny story for you. I notice the youth club that i knew as the st peters parish hall and was then the youth club i went to many years ago (good to know its still a youth club) and if you choose to believe this though its very true i had a little mini 850 that i used to drive around the field next to our house as i was to young to drive and one Friday night (youth club night ) it was raining and windy and we couldnt take our push bikes out, so i decided to go rouge with my mini and hit the road to pick up my pals so as we could get to the youth club. We arrived safely and strolled in like we owned the place then after about half an hour of being there the youth club manager called out who owns the red mini thats parked in my space !!! so i raised my hand and said me, "well" i wish i had camera on me because the look on his face was priceless along with the remainder of the team so me and the boys ran outside and made a getaway and we never went back to to club for months until we found out there was a new man incharge i thought he would come to the house but luckily for me he never did. Although we never took the mini again. We used my dad's jaguar instead 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 no only joking about that bit ross Keep up the good work my friend and to all your family stay safe and well. Lived there for 4 years, I just can’t quite get my head around these people with Ferrari’s and porsche’s on an island that you can only do 30 miles per hour, and most of the roads look like these lanes.
