the first question is wrong, it was July 7th, 1937, when Japan started invading Beijing. that's a "WORLD" war, not a war in Europe, nor a war in Pacific. Be serious when you design a film like this.

@@QuizzersCorner-30 Well, way to announce you're a very Eurocentric European! Japan invaded China in 1937 - which put a larger percentage of the world at war than Germany v Poland, by a large, large margin. That invasion eventually lead to Pearl Harbor (Japan decided it needed resources, the Dutch East Indies looked handy, but Japan did not believe the US would stand aside for that, so struck a large blow to try to dissuade the US from getting further involved). Even Russia+Germany vs France+UK was not as many people involved. You should retake your History classes with teachers with a more global view. It doesn't have to involve Europe to be a big deal, however much Europeans disagree with that.

That's just one of the many smaller conflicts that lead up to what is considered WW2. Japan invading China didn't bring in any other nations into a larger conflict did it, so it's a bit misleading to consider it the start of WW2, you might as well state that Italy invading Ethiopia was the 'real' start of WW2, or perhaps staying with an Asian theme, the Japanese invasion of Korea in 1931. It's correct that these conflicts did allow certain nations to think they could get away with anything, however it wasn't until 1939 that an aggressive act by one nation brought in many other countries - which because of their overseas interest's spread the war across the globe.
