I don’t know the specifics, but Samoans (Pacific Islanders in general) tend to develop more breast tissue than usual. The Rock didn’t have surgery to increase his pecs, he had surgery to remove excess tissue from them. It’s why he wrestled Mankind in tracky bottoms and a tshirt when he lost the title. I don’t think it was widely known at the time though.

Then after the cabinet was split up, JBL wrestled under the management of Jillian Hall for a while, though both of these happened post feuding with Cena. I think, I'm not 100% confident on the Amy Weber timeline, she might have been in the cabinet while Orlando Jordan was feuding with Cena over the US title in 2004. If they aren't the same time period they're very close

I think she was part of JBL's feud with Big Show though, because she did feud with Joy Giovanni at the time and Show was portrayed as her protector for a while including against Angle and Luther Reigns
