The Jericho one is the Rocks retort when he debuted in the summer of 99. "The Down South" phrase is a reference to WCW being an old school southern rasslin company. Also he went with Juvi over other cruisers as he had been copying many of the rocks manerisms and catchphrases including calling himself "The Juice" as he was often called by Konnan Juvi Juice.

The Stone Cold is fascinating and I feel intentionally obscure as it is the Rock doing an impression of what Stone Cold Said to the Rock in a sit down conversation with JR on the go home Smackdown before X-Seven where Austin turned heel to win the belt. Which hindsight is the indicator he was gonna turn as he would do anything. Also its probably the 2nd most famous part of the my way video package for that match which is great hype package they have done.
