I think it's more the fact that a claymore is a two-handed longsword, shown was a shortsword and what I thought was a buckler (with googly eyes). I defaulted to Claymore as I couldn't think of any other finisher with a sword in its name, but the image was just plain bad for what it was supposed to show. Reminded me more of Stone Cold in the WM21 clip as Gladiator.

Riptide itself is not the same as a Tsunami. A Tsunami literally translates from Japanese as Harbour Wave, which is defined as a catastrophic series of waves caused by earthquakes, volcanic activity, or a landslide. A Riptide is defined as a unpredicablly strong current of water that flows across another. That one is where the monsters shown in the picture might've actually been helpful.
