And to be fair becky had mediocre gimmicks as well. When she returned as a heel and squashed bianca at summerslam for the title (which was worse than when charlotte squashed ronda, cuz ronda was awful as a chmapion while bianca was great), her heel turn was pretty awful

Yeah 2002 Randy Orton had the ablatross gimmick of "3rd generation "blue chipper" babyface" complete with his finishers being a crossbody and the overdrive lol. I think he beat Hardcore Holly in his debut match and honestly couldn't tell you the rest.
