Sadly the Urza's Tower guy got it right were it the older printings. They removed Urza's Tower from it's text when it got printed in 8th edition.

Uncommon that would be unplayable in Pauper. Was commonly last-picked in Draft because it was worse than all of the commons in the set. Just an absolutely trash card. For all of the others, I atleast had an idea of what the card was if I didn't outright guess it.
