just so you know, this happens to some guys for a lot of reasons. Happens to me most of the times when I try to be intimate with someone for the first time, ESPECIALLY if I like them a lot (because then I get more nervous and don't want to disappoint). We can't control it, and you shouldn't take it personally because it's truly not usually related to attraction (in fact even if someone isn't attracted to you, they can still get hard). Although I came from a conservative (not religious but sex was a no-no) family, I was always in touch with my sexuality. I was super awkward in highschool and wasn't ready for sex, but not out of fear. I just didn't feel it was the right time.
