We bought a 450 KTM 450 Back in 2020 Alex,My Sons Always raced Yammies since they rode the 85's.The Airforks were not to great and i refused to fork out over 3 thousand bucks for the conevalve forks so we sold the KTM and got another 450 Yammie in 21.I wish the Austrian bikes had a better fork because the rest of the Machine was really good,Hope u like the new Bike

I spent 26yrs working at motorcycle dealerships, cleaning the tire marks hits home. At my first job a friend of the owner’s rode his brand new CBR up into the front of our shop, he did this gnarly burn out, everyone laughed. The boss then turned to me and said go clean that rubber off the sidewalk 😐

It’s not as good, I had a gas gas jtx, you can not sit down, the gear selecter was nearly twice as long you have to take your foot off peg just to change gear , but it’s makes you a better rider, enduro is the best just in woods etc

After riding for over 45+ years I finally threw my old wood 2x6 loading ramp in the wood pile and bought an aluminum loading ramp to go with my used Ford Mid Top Transit. Any of the 3 bikes I own get ridden into the van. Pushing a bike up a ramp into a pickup or van is for the birds. Also finally bought a tire changing stand. Just hurt my knees too much on the ground. Boy was I stupid, should have bought the tire stand and decent set of tires irons in 1982 not now. Looking forward to watching you throw some roost. Still not to late for you to follow in your pop’s footsteps and ride some hare scrambles, enduros or GNCC. Who knows ya might like it and get on the USA ISDE Team.
