11:11 it's probably a water moccasin, I can't tell but many of them are large and black in color. Which is pretty venomous but if you handle them right, gently and calmly as she did, they don't always try to bite you. But a lot of snakes can swim, and I think she was just dumping it right on the shore out of view really.
