PASSED! The city inspector recently approved our structural inspection for this new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)/ guest house build in Indianapolis.
The structural inspection generally covers 4 main components: 1- The Structure, 2- Rough Plumbing, 3 - Rough Electrical, 4 - Rough HVAC
The city inspector is looking to ensure that what was submitted for your building permits matches what was ultimately built in the field.
