@Jasmine B Also you said that you've met Christians/Jews/Athesists who were like that because that's the society we live in. Well yeah... so I've met Muslims like that because that's the society I live in. The OP asked what's a person's parents relationship got to do with their race/religion? A persons culture and religion can have a big impact on how they see the world. What they think is and isn't acceptable can be framed by their religion. I grew up in church and I'm lgbtq so I know a person's religion can have a big impact on a lot of things. Why not how they view single parent families?

Well i guess that's the point of these videos, showing how stereotypes we use are wrong. Like all middle eastern are muslim and there are no Christians some people say, when christ was born in the middle east and lived all his life here even visited my country to preach and make miracles. But it's ok cz i probably have stereotypes in my mind that i dnt know about😛

"muslims have a lot kids" here we go again edit: i think some of y'all didn't get the point if this. that girl came in front of the guy with the yellow shirt and he was like: how many siblings do you have ? she said that she has one sibling. and then he immediately went like: she's not a muslim. the thing is no matter how you look like, what you wear or how many siblings you have, it literally says nothing about your religion or you as a person. okay, i agree that muslim families have sometimes a lot of kids but that doesn't mean that every muslim family has to have that many. thank u for ur time

So I'm Nigerian and we're an almost equal mix of Christian and Muslim religions and I think that there were a lot of assumptions about what people would or wouldn't do, wear or would not wear ec cetera as well as forgetting the influence of environment on behaviour and so on. I'm saying all those because I'm Christian but I love head scarfs, mostly because I grew up in the Northern mostly Muslim region, I don't eat pork, again because I've never had the chance to and I don't do my nails because I'm a medical student and it just doesn't make sense to have for 2 hours and then remove. I guess I'm saying that there were a lot of stereotypes and I probably would not have made my assumptions based on the questions that were asked. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed the video.

Yes I already knew she was Muslim. She even looks somali every girl that lives around me dresses like that and nails and makeup. But they are known as “transformers” don’t judge me I just had to say this. Obviously she is not a transformer but some girls leave the house with a dress and put the dress in the car with shorts and tank tops under it 💀💀

Taylor The difference is, nothing of what he's saying is spiteful. I know I only have this video to base him off, but he seems so genuinely interested in everyone and also seems so loving. A kind of "you do you" attitude you know. x
@ithilgreenleaf81847 жыл бұрын
Maybe not in spite but definitely from ignorance. I mean from what I can tell from the vids he has been in, he's someone who is pretty much an activist for lgbt/black lives, you'd think he'd take the time to educate himself on his ignorance before preaching to others.

@@kashmirwillwin3124 its being sensitive when you are stating opinions and only thinking about how you feel about someone or something and not taking into consideration the role he's currently playing and how he had to go about doing it with the things he had available which was stereotypes.

@@mariagbayeh3592 He said everone was being respectful but him. He didn't say he was being rude or racist. It's not even an attack. I could argue that you are being sensitive and can't take OP's criticism.
