Just a quick note: I am a ~1300-1400 in blitz and probably quite a bit higher in rapid or higher, as I make stupid mistakes on timetrouble a lot. But some of those 800 players play A LOT better than I do on a regular basis and you are mostly on point. Which makes me think that most of these are excellent games... like their best games they have played, even with the blunders. Just be aware of this. Most of these are their best or their most interesting matches, not a random one from the pile. So don't feel bad if you see them do moves that you wouldn't have seen the moves they play and Levy tells you "yea, everyone should see that!"

You gambit the pawn to open the bishop and get a strong center, and it's also not easy to hold that pawn for black

They don’t even make any sense and haven’t for 10 years. It used to be “last time I came this early my girlfriend left me” which was unoriginal but at least it’s a joke that makes sense. “Last time I was this early” + “something that happened a long time ago” isn’t even a joke

I think it would be super interesting if you asked subs to submit losses. I feel like most people submit games where their opponent hangs an early piece or makes a blunder late and it kind of rolls off from there. Love the content, that being said. Super fun series so far!

Day 44: Of requesting Levy to cover opposite coloured bishop endgames. Especially when you have a slight material advantage of being up by two or three pawns against your opponent and you both have opposite coloured bishops as well.
