It's beautiful Furniture but I disagree with Windows being blocked by beds or any type of furniture I know that you want to use it as a workout space as well have you considered using your garage as a workout space.

Love the color pallet. Would you have considered a pull out sofa bed. It would give you more space when you work out and somewhere to sit as well as a full size bed for when the occasional guest stays over.
