Contract forbids them taking parts in a competitors movie. So Pratt can't be a DC character in a movie because he is contracted with Marvel/Disney as Star Lord in GOTG and Margot cannot be a Marvel character because she has a contract with Warner Brothers as Harley Quinn. Do you know why Pratt did a better job than Jimmy? It's because Pratt is *GENUINELY* interested in the answer of the guests. On the other hand, Jimmy asks it, because the script tells him so. It's also why Conan has a better personality, because he uses the guest's answer to "spin" it for a comedic relief. You can imagine a few scenarios for yourself, where a guest answered a question, and Jimmy just says "hahaha, okay, (next question)". Here, you can see that Pratt is always double downing on the Robbie's answer, which is always a good thing (even in real life) to show interest.

We also have a tiny population here. Aside from the major cities on the east cost the rest of Australia is basically a gigantic country town so a lot of people end up being pretty down to earth. Eg Throughout my entire primary and high school life in public school, We had no "bullies". Can't really be one because everyone knows each other by proxy. I even moved to Perth for a while and still met people I new people there by proxy... That is 3500kms (2100 miles) away from where I grew up. It'd be like being born in NY, Moving to Cali and finding out you know around 1 in 10 people through someone else.
