Great job. Not too busy. Love the pattern and color choices on the bed and headboard. Another way to display books on a table or dresser is to face the back end with the name facing out so guests can read the book title. Just food for thought. 👏😍

Looks beautiful! I actually really love the mix of patterns- it gives it a very cozy collected feel. Another way you could style the vintage books on the shelf above the bed, is to tilt some of them against other ones so it gives a little bit of height. I thought hanging art might be better when you were explaining your thought process, but then once you styled it I think it came together nicely. I feel like you can switch it up way more too vs. just hanging art above the bed.

Oh Chels😮 It turned out beautiful ❤ so simple & cozy ! The floor lamp is the finishing touch ! I know I've said it before ,but you always have the prettiest dried florals. I like your hair with the bangs😊

I love it. One small thought - I would face the spine of the book the wicker lamp is on so that it is facing the door. Call It Home would be cute as you walk in the room and the spine matches your colors perfectly.

I would have went with what looked best with the next biggest decor thing in the room which is the rug! love all the patterns. The head board looks amazing .The night stands would have looked good with a color / shade of green.

Definitely not too many patterns. I personally think there's too many books on the shelf. Put some on the dresser and use under some of your decor there. The shelf needs some greenery to bring that room to a live, it could be fake! Then it would be perfect! Great job and amazing work covering the headboard! 👍👏🤍

It’s really pretty. You did so well mixing different patterns. ❤ I’ve been looking for a solution to replacing the headboard to my bed which broke and was taken off. You make the DIY look easy and possible. I think I’m going to try this myself 😊 As for chores I hate doing, I actually hate taking down curtains to wash and put back up again. It doesn’t take long, but something about it is just horrible. I love freshly washed curtains though

Thank you!! The headboard really is an easy DIY, and you can pick any fabric to get the look you want. Just remember to pull it tightly! Taking them down and putting them back up is such a pain, I totally get it!

I’m ready to stay. My husband is sick and he’s coughing all the time. And I’m tired of listening to him. I told him to go to the doctor last week. And he keeps putting it off. I like the stripe fabric. I’m glad you picked it. I would love to make a headboard for my guest bedroom. But the bed is front of the window. So it can’t be too high. I love your guest room. There aren’t too many patterns. It’s just right.
