I always enjoy Jonathan and Virginia's classes and struggled to understand this teaching techniques "hip-knee-foot and foot-knee-hip" . Over the years, I break it down and today see this again, my body got it clearer. As a lead, I also got to understand more about communicating from the hands [hard] or from the torso [soft]…wow!…thank you Anne and Pablo for generosity in sharing Virginia teaching with us. I miss Paris Intensive Workshop…it was a blast of fun!!!!
