She was definitely very lenient with him compared to Kiko. The first and second charters had complaints about this guy's food but of course, he was Malia's boyfriend so he was exactly what Sandy wanted. The double standards were ridiculous. Also, he kept saying the chicken was cooked yet three guests complained it was not. So they just have to accept it's cooked and eat it? I don't think so. The client comes first and if they are grossed out by a product it is probably because it is not in an ideal state.

I think they should change the title, it’s obviously not raw it’s just not browned or got any colour. When u poach chicken it tends to remain a little anemic and pale in colour

Hmm, sorry. I used to like captain Sandy but every season, especially this season, she gets in everyone's business. She broke Keko's spirit and is getting involved in laundry now? Just steer the boat Sandy. I can't stand her micro managing and playing favorites anymore. As much as I would love to see karma come back to Hanna, captain Sandy's handling of Hanna was overkill. 🤨

Marine law, no drugs allowed. If u need meds, u need to report it which Hannah did not do and she's been in the yacht business for several years. She knew the rule. Captain did not want boat to get confiscated, or ruin guests trip or lose her licence/job! Hanna sabotaged herself. She hated the " maid/waitress" job. Laundry room was a mess. The third stew was a slow worker, even when her finger was not broken. If u don't keep up with laundry, there will not be any clean laundry on hand. Many companies do not allow hugging, kissing while on the job. Those workers were at it any time they met.

Exactly rihgt. And they are Americans, meaning 90% they don´t know about good food. Keep it simple since you can´t handle the pressure and need 4 people too help u in the galley. Grilled ribs and burgers and they would have been happy

Its because they dont know what actually is it or how it actually cooked.thats why their acting idiots. It really have to be more patient and humble for good because some of custumers especially when it comes to foreigner they have different attitudes and tantrums also so we had absurb the situation and adjust quickly because they dont adjust to us. We have to adjust for them.

The chicken actually looks raw. Who poaches chicken anyway when there’s so many better ways to cook it. Tom needs to accommodate what the guests want and not just tell them what they should eat.
