Ive seen Kate call people bitch, dumb, ignorant, stupid. Ive heard fraser call camille mental (she was.), ive seen all of them call and be arrogant and rude to everyone in this show, but you dont like sandy and Malia because they are rude to someone you probably have a crush on? That was disrespectful from sandy and Malia. Being a captain means you know how to talk to your crew to get the respect. You don’t act angry like a little child. You stay professional at all times and don’t talk down on your crew. Sandy turning her back to him while talking. Malia asking him “where were you?!” As if she’s his mother or she owned him. Absolutely appalling !!

If my manager called me a fucker at work whilst doing a job, I would put in a complaint to my superior & expect them to be like “yeah that’s not professional behaviour from the manager” - Sandy goes on and on about professionalism but she’s the most unprofessional captain I’ve seen on these shows.

I still don’t like Malia for what she has done to Hannah, but in this one I’m kinda with her. She’s the bosun and when your boss tells you to do it in a certain way, don’t be stubborn then. Like, she’s a bosun for a reason. I can imagine how frustrating it can be when employees don’t listen and they aren’t making progress at all. (And no, calling them “deck f*ckers” was absolutely not acceptable)

Malia was one of the worst Bosun's on any Below Deck show. Not only was she throwing around the fact that she's female and not "one of the boys" the whole time but being so rude and condescending to her deck team was not cool. Plus she's far from leadership material. No idea why Sandy always played favourites and always took her side even when she was clearly in the wrong.
