I know it's a joke. But We have come a long way since 80s and 90s nutrition "science" sponsored by suggar lobby to make us fear fats like the plagues. As long as you work out and don't end up with a caloric surplus, all this fat will be digested and converted into calories and it's not gonna end up into your artheries at all. It's oxidization, not fat itself, that we know it's the main culprit in artheries clogging.

You know I watch your videos and i am curious Guga, are any family members or team members on the carnivore diet? I figure its gotta be easy to get onto in your household or orbit given all the recipies and knowledge they can get from you.

As a person who's currently feeling nauseated and also is not a huge cheese fan (I know, I'm a freak), and also doesn't like heavily fatted meats, this made me wanna vom. But I couldn't look away, I've never seen anyone cook like this, Guga, you're a madman!

Watching Guga is like watching Icaras designing and testing wings... someday, he'll fly too close to the sun, but it sure is exciting seeing him soar.

I've been following this channel since the beginning and watched it explode in views and subscribers. I have to say that the creativy has been decreasing in the past months, Im not blaming Guga, but I guess there's only so much about meat and barbecue you can talk about before you start delving into weird stuff, lol. Some people say that after you've reached the top, the only way is down. I still have faith that Guga will keep it up.
