I know it's a joke. But We have come a long way since 80s and 90s nutrition "science" sponsored by suggar lobby to make us fear fats like the plagues. As long as you work out and don't end up with a caloric surplus, all this fat will be digested and converted into calories and it's not gonna end up into your artheries at all. It's oxidization, not fat itself, that we know it's the main culprit in artheries clogging.

That would be a good episode. I have been curious if there is a good way to use all the dry age pellicle he trims off, I think he used it once to make the fake dry age. Maybe he could grind up the dry age trimmings and mix it into a sausage with other meats. Or even just grind it up with ground beef to make dry age burger patties.

That's a lot of hours of work to put in, and he pretty much wouldn't have time to do much of anything else. After a year or two of 80-hour work weeks and ensuring the quality control is where it needs to be, he might be freed up to do videos again.
