I made the pizza for the first time last night. I didn’t let the polish set overnight, just 4-5 hours, and I mixed by hand. It was very sticky and a lot of folding but it came out amazing! Best pizza I’ve ever made, by far! Thanks Vito

Congratulations on your product launch! I really enjoyed seeing the difference made. These types of machines really are the proper tool for the job. However, if you have you use the KA like I do, it helps a ton to do a bigger batch, running on lowest speed for longer time.
