@@GugaFoods You should try doing a video where you marinade beef, chicken and pork in Mountain Dew to see (1) if Mountain Dew is a good marinade and (2) which meat has the best taste.

We call it eye fillet in Australia. Grass fed black Angus eye fillet is my favourite thing in the world to eat. I basically eat it raw, lightly seared with just salt. Not a lot of fat but the meat itself is perfectly favoured on its own. I eat it every couple of days.

Another excellent video Guga!! I have to say, I’ve grown to like this channel more than SVE and much of that has to do with Angel. Your interactions with him are great and he seems to have a cool personality. But the main thing is his attitude towards the food. He appreciates and enjoys all the food and is always thankful towards Guga. No real knock on Maumau and Ninja, but they’re a little spoiled with all the awesome food and they have that stuck up attitude with some of the lesser cuts. They’re still cool dudes though, but yea Guga Foods is where it’s at!!

The bone marrow flavor would have been a lot more intense without adding the cream cheese to the potatoes. But man, I would die to try that meal!

Can you guys please make an ultimate guide to sous-vide the best possible steak with everything you’ve learned so far?! That and obviously another one on the grill for Guga Foods! Thanks so much for all your amazing work! Maybe even split the episodes in to how to make the best possible steak period & then how to make the best cheap steak! Like cheaper fuller flavour cuts sous vide longer to tenderize or add beef fat to increase flavour? Love your work man, you’re making me a grill master! Thank you 🙏

Guga, could you possibly do a video series on explaining the different cuts and uses of Beef, Pork and lamb though I realise it would be made a bit more complicated given the global audience, as we have a few different names in Australia compared to the US. Many of us don't understand the cuts very well and having you explain the different cuts would be much appreciated.
