Krakens rod's description is kinda deceiving and makes it seem better than it is. Only after 50 catches does it grant you a guaranteed legendary, mythic or exotic. The other 2 passives: a 10% fish duplication chance, 5% tenticle surge mutation chance. Overall it seems ok but ROTD still seems overall much better and is much cheaper.
