For anyone who doesn't have Altar of Death, Rie is still amazing as the main carry with either Altar of Heroes, Blood, Mage or Greed. Try to get Perpetual Void relic to make it easier. Gidnil and Luni is still highly recommend but sometimes Luni isn't even needed. Make sure to have frontliners and CC, and prepare the secondary carry just in case. I always pick Rie for my first pick and goes either those four Altars and i can say i have 90% win rate. I love her sm❤

thx King, .this video made me understand how to use rune perfectly, I passed the Death Altar, even only for level 8, I used 5 heroes same as video + Jol

Second, I searched in the comments of your other videos and I haven't heard it mentioned, but what is that purple relic you are starting with? I just had my first successful clear on lvl 1...so kind of new to the Great Rift System. Thanks again!

Thanks for the watch! The first purple relic is a handicap from one of the high Phase conditions. It provides no bonus effects and just exists to block (1) relic slot and provide you only 4 altar points.

For those who doesn't have the altar death like me my alternative is giant will do the trick and a right heroes will take you to the last round just don't encounter moo hydra or worse zenel and eye ball

for me the eye ball boss and hydra are so much op they needed to be nerf when I try different heroes and items they just one shoot them or worse stun them forever

@@magicsurvivalguy Yep, you're spot on. The newer (2) added bosses actually increased the difficulty of Great Rift greatly; I would love to personally suggest them to nerf them a tad.
