How do I send multiple forms at once?

Hi @leanneharris-beale6629, While there is currently no option to send multiple forms at once, you can work around this by compiling all your form links and include them in your email. Another approach is to create a Jotform App containing all of your forms using Form element, so you can share them with a single app link. Let me show you how: 1. Go to My Forms then select the forms you want to send. 2. Click Create New App on the top menu. 3. It will redirect you to App Builder with the forms that you selected. You can customize the app according to your preferences. 4. Once you're done, go to Publish to find the link for your app under Your App Link. How can I have my clients jotfroms sent straight back to them when they submit the form ?

Hi Michael, You can change the recipient email address of your form notifications to your client's email addresses, so when someone submits your form, the recipient email address you specified will receive the email notifications containing the submission's data. Hello Evans, Please ensure the access settings in your form remains public and that you're sharing your form link directly. Here's how to view your form's access settings www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form/. To get your form link, follow this guide: www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url/. You can use that link and share it directly with your users. If you are sharing the form through Invite By Email in the Publish tab, it would ask your users to log in to Jotform before they can access the form. Thanks for this, can you clarify: I want others to edit a spreadsheet that I have created and am working on. I want anyone who has the link to be able to edit - like with google sheets. I am not clear if this is possible? If you have explained this, could you give me the time in the video. thanks
