Hello, just found your channel, to see what is up with Version 5. I see PLC Sim Advanced V6.0 is already out, is there anything worth moving to this new version. Also, I like the interface for your virtual machine, out of interest, which software is it that you are using? Thank you.

Havent test version 6.0, but as long as it compatible with the TIA portal version, i think no issue. For virtual machine, I use vmware, and windows 10 LTSC since it less bloatware version of windows.

The PLCSIM PLC is not visible in the download dialog window:( even tho I did the same configuration (accordingly to my network) any tips?

sometimes you have to disable the windows firewall.
