Just wanted to say thanks for your posting! When the codebreaker Alien Week challenge first dropped there were many people sharing the answer, but nothing about how this puzzle actually worked! One of the key things I was missing was that there were multiple images with the puzzle glyphs scattered around various Star Citizen social media sites. BTW, for anyone else who doesn't use Facebook you can still access the Star Citizen page using a browser with incognito mode to get that image. Also, that same image is also available on their Twitter page as well. I followed the steps of your video and managed to recreate my own solution using Photoshop and a copy of the Xi-an font. It was fun to put it all together. For the leading letter, you kinda have to guess at what will fit, but I think there may still be missing pieces. In fact, with todays newsletter e-mail they dropped a forth image for the trailing portion of the text. I'm just assuming they'll be dropping another piece for the leading letter soon, if not somewhere else already?

You're welcome. Yeah exactly why I made the guide, I enjoy "simple" challenges like this, that don't really require much to solve and just having the answer does nothing for me, I want to know the route. The H when using the font from the fankit is a relatively quick to slot into those notches

I was a tad surprised that the images couldn't be found solely on the site/spectrum. I even looked after I found the one on FB
