Yes. Papa Pals is available on certain Medicare Advantage plans as an extra benefit.

I've been a Papa Pal for 6 weeks and have had 2 jobs. Both jobs I was underpaid by Papa Pals. They do not have any way for the Pals to talk with anyone about pay disputes. There is no HR department or payroll department. They simply have you fill out an online form and tell you they will get back to you within 2 days. That was 5 weeks ago. In addition, Pals can no longer talk to anyone on the phone for assistance. Everything is done via virtual chat bots, which are no help at all. This company has one priority, and one priority only, and that is to bill as many insurance companies as possible for as much as they can in order to pay high priced executives that run this scam. The Pals, the ones who actually make the whole thing tick are treated like scum and paid next to nothing. Work here at your own risk. I quit!

@@aiddengray5816 Yes, I am the same person, and yes I copy and pasted it to about 6 or 7 different channels that were talking about Papa Pals. Is that real enough for you? Why would I need to rewrite the same comment 6 or 7 times? Especially when it was a bit lengthy, as comments go. I thought it was important for anyone considering working there to hear. If you look at job reviews online for Papa Pals and exclude youtube videos they are predominately bad. Everyone enjoys helping people who need help, but as far as the way Pals are paid and treated presently there is terrible. And from what I read it's got quite worse over the last year or so. I did not realize any of this when I started the job. I had to figure it out on my own through the way I was paid and treated. This is info people should hear.

Papa Pals sucks, trust me. Unless you are into being someone's slave for a few hours. They don't even pay mileage! Totally Not Worth it...
