These trials are honestly killing the game for a lot of people. Having to come back when you're 15 levels above the content, or relying on RNG, or being extra punished as melee (first trial with honour system) doesn't feel fun whatsoever, and especially when it is gatelocking you from getting your ascendancies which felt like such a cool thing before playing the game but now feels like they barely give you anything until your build is complete...

Beat valcano rock spam before patch , got mad but I just dumped into fire resistance and won . The honor is really the worst but the others seem ight

Yeah this trial officially ended my playthrough. What a waste of fucking time. I could spend hours and hours mindlessly grinding through boring procedurally generated maps to level up in hopes of finally beating it, or I could go play an old game on my to do list like Metal Gear Solid 5.

I had the hardest time with this as melee this is also my first POE game and lets just say I was struggling, I spent hours on this trial

It can depend a lot on which afflictions you choose each round, and how high level you are; I think its achieveable at level 40 and becomes easy at level 50

As a first time poe player this was rough man I cleared the first trial fairly easily on level went into this at level 40 came out level 42 took 2 hours of pure pain

These are designed so, so poorly. The developers should be made to complete a melee ascendancy with only the AoE/orb/projectile options that try to kill you every 5-10 seconds. It's not hard, it's tedious and way overtuned. The expanding aoe that does physical literally makes the escort mission take ages, it's excruciatingly slow having to run a full screen away and wait every 10 seconds, and that's just to push the stupid crystal. WHO THOUGHT OF THIS?

Not sure if you have figured it out yet, but once you go up the elevator there is a lever you have to click on that allows the bridge to come up.

for the 2 points of acendancies do you need 4/10 or 10/10 trials?

Stage 2 is 4/10. But it’s determined by the Token you put at the start. If you buy it from the market you might be buying a high level one with 10/10 trials. So make sure to check

I get swarmed my mobs in the second round and this guys gets a little sprinkle i dont get it. My screen fills with fools as i kill them seems unbalanced or im doing everything wrong

My problem with him is the bird swoops up then slams into the ground pointblank on me and instantly spawns the tornado -- it essentially deletes me instantly even with capped resists and a lightning charm. I have 20% runspeed as well. I don't understand what they expect me to do when I'm dead before I can even roll out and pop a potion. Less than a second from full life and ES to dead.

I placed the item in to open the door, realized I had full inventory, and walked back out and grabbed the item back from the statue. When I came back the door was still open, did I find an exploit?

I am struggling with this trial way more than I did with Sekemahs. I just played slow in sekehmas, pulling small packs to limit the damage I was taking and was good. Took like 4 tries. The debuffs on the chaos trials are insane and I'm running over and over again hoping I'll get the more manageable ones.

I went in my 2nd time to the boss thankfully receiving less bad modifiers but unfortunately I got him to half not realizing that the pyramid laser sits there the ENTIRE fight; think I ran out of flasks which killed me. I’ll try again tomorrow but it entirely depends on which modifiers you get which is super annoying but thematically it’s cool I guess

WTF! When I tried Chaos, I had WAAAAAAY more mobs to fight. Like at least 4 times as many coming after me. Maybe it's random, but I got smoked. And I was over-leveled. No clue.

Probably not his first character. Much easier to stockpile godroll or near-godroll pieces for Lv50 when you have a Lv70+ char

The modifiers and boss are cancer. You can get impossible to survive modifiers and ur dead. Even if you reach the boss ,getting 1 shot by a random tornado attack that covers more than half of the screen and has a 0.5 sec wind up is crazy

Yeah, 3 tornado deaths last night, some laggy death with blood attacks with the crow this morning. I think I've put 4+ hours into it now. I'd rather play another game soon.

GGG hates Meee. They hate warrior. 2 of these rooms have room 4 monsters that do nothing but fly around. Cause i cant do damage while dodging all the mechanics.

its not even hard but its so fucking hard they did such a good job at making something easy hard af im running through these mobs and i do big dick damage to the boss but the littlest mistakes will get you killed its crazy, honestly my opinion on the trials is that they need to be challenging like they are but they take to long, also i fought some dragon thing first everytime i encountered the boss im stuck trying to kill the boss its annoying he flys away all the time

Jeez this trial was much harder than trial 1 lol. Went in blind last night and need to level a little. So many crying its yoo hard or ruining the game though. Its the first week of the game! If you want to rush everything itll be a challenge! Come back to ut later its not like you NEED to do it to progress the game.

Even though im level 45, and an use bow, and can tear through everything. I keep getting worse luck with debuffs. raining blood, stoning statues, mobs take 50% less damage.. The poe gods hate me

Ive had NO trouble with this game. This TRIAL OF CHAOS is Cancer! Its so horrible. Ive been doing it for 4 hours. its absurdly nonsense i dont even understand how im dying sometimes. Nothing is explained Ima break my ps5 and ive played all daek souls games and blah blah. This is just brkken and nonsense
