i don't have zhu yuan and am not ik 50 so i haven't cleared 17 yet this critical but so far my grace/piper/anby (stun is too important this critical to swap for rina) team has been like maybe 15-30% behind my main team of ellen lycaon nicole (i prefer her enemy grouping and low field time to soukaku in shiyu). I think a good bit of that comes down to the ice damage bonus though, and that there are few electric weak stages. if the teams were evenly buffed my disorder team wouldn't be far behind at all

Nah, never even considered building Soukaku. Isn't Rina just better in end game for Ellen/Lycaon team? I'm pretty confident.

I clearly all of shiyu with all S ranks for floor 17 I use Ellen c2 with soukaku c6 and sharkboo floor 2 zhu c1 anby c6 Nicole c6

I'm mainly running Ellen and Zhu Yuan at the moment. I'm trying to get to Inter-Knot 50 so I can get all my agents levelled up. So far I cleared all of Standard Node and can only do part 1 of the Critical Node so far.

Ellen/Lycaon/Soukaku, Anton/Anby/Rina S up to 14, A - 15, B - 16, cant clear 17 lol. Its so damn rough without Anton's signature man. I regret skipping Ellens weapon banner bro. Guess it's time to build Nicole! I'm so bad at this game man..

Jane doe's design and introduction screams kafka treatment, i know they are going to keep buffing her more and more in the future I am still going to skip her since i am saving for Asaba but i am sure i am going for her on rerun

Not sure if I should pull for Jane or not. I want to, but I've got the full mono-ice team and a Grace Anton Anby/Koleda team , so Jane seems more useful than Qingyi? Maybe? Or am I letting assets blind me?

I haven’t seen anyone beat shiyu with s11 and no Lucy this is posing me off shows that this game doesn’t need skill just throw money at it or grind to spend on limited banners eventually running out of currency then not being able to enjoy new content basic bs gacha

You could clear shiyu with any roster on first rotation, as long as you pulled one of two limited characters. Also you could buy Lucy from shop. Consider just stop being bad.

I pulled 400 times and I got some good characters but having soldier 11 as my dps holds me back because I can beat anything with Ellen but I never pulled Lucy and don’t want to play with Ben (not fun for me) so my teams is hurting koleada and soldier 11 is my second team but they just don’t do enough

you can put Nicole in anywhere . . . her DEF shred just work no matter her teammates. Koleda S11 and nicole is a fine team .. can totally work with leveled skills and decent disks

@@WhiteTrashDiva interesting since I did use her for shiyu floor 10 but then stopped. I’m 1 away from c6 on Nicole but I don’t want to accidentally pull zhu yan since I’m saving for Jane I’ve somewhat built Nicole tho so I’m going to try her again thanks

They're catering to the current rate-ups, HSR does it all the time too. It'll change rapidly every patch depending on who is on the current banners.

Shiyu defense starts getting difficult at stage 14 for me because I use Ellen and S11 teams. The one side is resistant to fire and weak to electric. This is why people are using Anton. Think stage 16 is also similar.

S11, lucy and ben works. Grace anton anby can work also . . but maybe you don't wanna invest into all of them . . qingyi would be good for good, S11, Qingyi and Lucy is a great team. If you can get Jane also, Jane, Grace Seth/Piper will be good too

They dont even try to hide the amount of greed, mostly shiyu 10+ will be with limited chara banner weakness, this is disgusting, if it was like 2 or 3 at max ok, but every single one of the most harder ones they do shit like this. I know this is a gacha and basically what they want is easy money but goddamn

Imagine having the last levels with another weakness, when most people are pulling and leveling up Ellen or Zhu Yuan... I think it's pure logic, keep in mind that the game is in its first patch, people don't have enough variety yet to make 5 teams of different elements

I was able to barely push to Shiyu 15 using Soldier 11 and Ellen with very scuffed setups (unleveled partition 4 and 6 disks), after I'm done gearing up better and hit IKL 50 for the last power spike I should be able to beat 17 comfortably. I could do it rn if I leveled a Grace anomaly team for electric weak stages but I refuse to use her 😂 I have Nekomata in the works but I don't want to spread my resources too thin atm

Bruh, I cant even beat SD 10. My anby dead with just 3 - 4 hit against that spider mecha. My best run on that team (anby, piper, lucy) only can get enemy to half HP with 5 - 6 rotation.

SD10 machinery boss is resistant toward the physical element. Swap out Piper should help. I did once with Nekomata and its pure hell with her damage getting resisted

i had so much trouble too, just keep practice and watch EOD video on its attacks, that helped me alot to be able to recognize it's attacks and dodge them. I would kill me too in 3-4 hits, but once you know it's attacks it's absolutely doable. Took me a while, but got through it with B-rank with lv 40 agents at IK 38

Pull for Jane and get full Mindscapes for Anby... Sadly the best teams seems to be Jane Grace Quin yi for Anomaly meta... shame 😢

The players that used A ranks only, probably are no pulls account which used the polychroomes to refresh energy and level up their characters. I saw some clears with level 60 attackers and level 40 or 20 everyone else. Ellen team being higher in appearance is natural because not every player started on the Zhu Yuan banner. Also people that got Lycaon on the standard banner by using polychromes are most focused on endgame.

Yeah, I don't think any day one player can reach IKL 50 yet without refreshing battery with polychromes. I've personally used a ton of those fragile resin like batteries (like 20-30 cuz I got BP), yet I'm still around 46, almost 47, even after completing a lot of quests.

I mean, starting Shiyu 14 and beyond, all enemies are weak against ice and ether, not to mention that you have a 20% bonus damage for those two elements on top of it so... That being said, even without these massive boosts, if you simply want to clear the stages it is true that there is still room for creative variety all the way up to Shiyu 17 (disc/strat/rotation optimization, etc.)

I use Anton/Anby/Nicole team to get a S rank clear on Shiyu 16 along with an Ellen team. To me, Nicole is a must with Anton because she covers all the disadvantages that Anton has in his gameplay, namely no grouping and his attacks pushing enemies away. S17 is yet another dps check I really wish hoyo would do something besides this, the bosses themselves are not that difficult or interesting. I really hope its this simple just because of 1.0 patch and all and not sign of the times to come.

Probably mostly because there's an (exploit?) where if hes at cinema 1 and whiff the first two basic attacks and connect with the third he never runs out of energy.

What I don’t get is yes I see loads of people using her in teams for shiyu. What I don’t see is people building her properly and having her with shit stats meaning the disorder damage is gonna be way lower. Maybe it’s coz I went hard out to build mine as she’s my dps but if she doesn’t have at least 150 mastery (which you can easily get thanks to slot 6 and using a guaranteed stat item to drop mastery) and at least 340 minimum proficiency then she’s not as helpful for disorder. Mine is sitting on 150 mastery , 375 proficiency (which I know I can get higher as I had her sitting on 384 proficiency with 4 piece freedom instead of 4 piece fang like i currently have) and 2207 attack at level 50 and she usually does minimum 100k of assault just in first spin before the 4 piece buff even kicks in
