Guided Auger Boring - Introduce Lubrication to the Cutter Head

Guided Auger Boring (GAB) is a popular and cost‐effective trenchless method to accurately install steel casing for underground utilities, water lines, and sanitary sewers.
After the pilot tubes are installation, Akkerman offers many choices for the auger boring contractors to install typical steel casing diameters, even in difficult ground conditions.
Lubrication can be introduced from the reception shaft side through the pilot tube string to reduce friction and aid in spoil excavation.
