I don't know how I'll thank you for making this breathing exercise. It helps with my breathing capacity and it also eases my mind before going to sleep. But then, I am very grateful for making this. Thank you feeling healing! May God bless you. 🙏

This is thanks enough my friend! I do have a Patreon with a small donation (£2 a month) to help make this my full time job so I can create much more content as I am struggling to keep up with everything at the moment. Regardless I appreciate your kind words thank you! Have a great day

I searched you’re entire channel and all of KZbin and could not find a 6 count box breathing w guided counting narration. Would you do one please?!? Your voice is so calming
@FeelingHealing Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment! There's a good chance I'll make one however I have slower box breathing videos than this one and if the count is slower, it's kind of the same as a 6 count. Unless for some reason counting to 6 makes it easier or better for you?

@@FeelingHealing the issue for me with this one is the lack of narration. Your other videos have cues: “in, hold, out” but this is only for the other types of breathwork, however none for box breathing, unless I missed one? The cues are necessary to really enjoy the process for me so I don’t have to think. Without the narration, one can just set a metronome or interval timer.

Just wanted to share, I'm starting a new life in a new city. It's Tokyo and I'm not the hugest fan because it's so lonely there. But I got good reasons, and I can leave after 2 years but I've just been so scared. The people there are so judgy and complete opposite from where I'm coming from. Although, I'm fully aware both places has its pros and cons. I'm just not been able to see Tokyos pros right now because of assuming how homesick it's gonna make me.

Is there a specific surface like memory foam or the floor that would be optimal for breathing?
@FeelingHealing3 жыл бұрын
Not that I know of, I personally prefer doing breathwork in an upright, seated position so it doesn't matter too much what is below me. However, whatever makes you feel comfortable for the duration of the practice is good enough, try not to fall asleep though! :D

I keep coming back to this one for the last 7 months and each time it starts and half a second in it stops and says “something went wrong Tap to retry” and no matter how many times I do I get the same error message. I love this one it’s the perfect timing. Can you please upload it again?
