The non-stationery stationery video we all need Possible topic exploration: why we don't partake in the creative things we want to do/say we want to do (i.e. learn something new, write that novel, etc)

I've had a long term block when it comes to facing and journaling my feelings so whenever I'm getting pen to paper, I only write about how my day went. I've always wanted to write creatively but I know the feelings block is stunting my growth. Time to print the feelings wheel.

Not what I expected and I really like it! I thought it was going to be like so many others and was going to be about color coding a grid. I like how you show us how to examine our feelings more deeply and therefore are able to react accordingly. I also appreciate how you open yourself up for our benefit. I hope there is more positive than negative in response. Thanks!

I really liked this video! Journaling is very intimidating, I never know where to start and end up feeling very frustrated. This video is such a great idea and what I have been looking for. Thank you for the help. I am excited to start my own jornal now. I will be adding the video to my favorites list to refer back to. ❤😊

Love this!!! I got into stationary because I started a journal (from feeling burnt out and emotionally overwhelmed) and now my stationary brings me so much joy! Seeing a channel I follow because of the stationary hobby do a guided journal series really feels full-circle to me! Please keep this up, I can't wait to see what other videos come and I look forward to journaling along with you 🥰

Love this guided journal session. I just started guided journaling myself and am really enjoying the process, definitely frees up your mind. I’ve been experimenting with fountain pens and different inks in my journal and will usually drink some tea, light some Japanese incense and put on some lofi tunes, really puts me in the zone. 😊

This will be useful to me. I just had a big blowup with my boss over feelings; worthlessness, hurt, sad, undervalue, vulnerable, passed over, target on my back, micromanaged, and being tired of explaining every single little tiniest detail as to why I did or didn’t do something. I’m not good at expressing my feelings until I’m ready to explode.

You are my first guided Journaling guide. As a nurse, the burnout is real. So much pain and grief right now, I am very grateful for this as I have to process all of this and have no where constructive to put all of these feelings. Self care is stressed to us but the HOW is never given. Thank you for helping me start to process all of this and have a constructive outlet. I am going to recommend guided Journaling to my co-workers. Thank you also for being vulnerable with us, it touched me. I am not not only obsessed with the feelings wheels, palette sticker but your prompts also! I would love to share this with my patients also! Thank you! I would love to hear more of your thoughts on self care to help us make it through the pandemic and pandemic aftermath.

Perfect timing for a series like this one. I will be watching for the latest episode. Also for your viewers, if you don’t have a color printer, you can print this wheel in black and white from the website and color your own! I thought that sounded like fun. Thank you!

this is wonderful. i had never heard of the feelings wheel before this video but this is a really helpful tool that i will be putting to use. i would love to see a guided journaling video on how to breakdown and process big emotions. for example, maybe you are really angry or grieving about something. how can we journal that down into smaller chunks to think about and work through?

I love this idea!❣️✨ I think journaling is such a great tool to further explore our true inner emotions, thoughts, ideas, etc... Though, I feel like social media has glamorized the pretty journal setups, which are nice to look at. However, sometimes it intimidates people and may influence them to believe that if their journals are not as aesthetically pleasing then they (themselves and their journals) are not good enough. Which feeds the inner dilemma that most of us carry within us. What do you think and/or feel ?

Could you do a video on Journal Supplies for Guided Journaling? For example, some basic paper, pens, pen case, stickers, etc. to help you start a journal or motivate you to use your journal?

Can you do a video on growth mindset vs. fixed mindset. So taking a situation or moment and breaking it down into how it could fall into a fixed mindset (so kinda like worst case scenario) and then working through it from a growth mindset perspective.

Can the colour book stickers be moved after they are stuck down?

Great question. It really depends on the paper. If I'm using thinner paper then I find it can tear the paper, but on something like Kokuyo campus paper you can definitely remove and replace!
