A 15 minute, calming meditation for remembering to see the abundance in all things, and release any feelings of lack.
Nature is the ultimate reminder of abundance.
That the rain and the sun come at the perfect time, nourishing the Earth, without us even trying.
That there is always enough ocean waves, enough blades of grass, enough clouds in the sky,
That every sunset is abundant in it's beauty
Every moment, abundant in the possibility of joy, ease, laughter
Abundance is not just money. Abundance is the experience of a life at ease, with a deep trust in the unknown & the forces that bring the rain after a drought.
So please enjoy this meditation, filmed in the forest, with love.
