I am grateful for these soul linking meditations, the first one brought me closer to an old friend, a soul whom I always loved and appreciated, he opened up to me, telling this isn't how it usually happens, but he trusts me.. aah the inginite love and power, the magic of bonding with someone of our desire, and how thataffects them too. Today I feel like young woman in love, not only with thaat soul, but with all creations, it fills up my whole being. Thank you! Sending pure love and light!

I practiced this meditation more than once at different periods of my life. I have to say that it works not only at the psychological / mental or spiritual level, but also at aq substantial / physical one. I assume that the reason for that is it creates an essential, radical perspective change. Thank you for this.

My heart has been broken by everyone in my life I felt hopeless and angry i did this this morning and was full of emotion I have strong emotions it’s who i am I’m a feeler for myself and others and I have been doing these meditations to heal my heart because I feel so much love and it’s fear it’s hurt from my heart being hurt because my heart feels so much love and then suddenly what this meditation did was click in and I’m able to interpret it and the signs my deep emotions scare people I’m not mean I don’t become violent but people feel my powerful emotions and they are scared of strong deep emotions and strong feelings I have strong emotions and feelings and love with everything i got

I just recognized it was this person feeling sad when I felt sad and exhausted today after shopping today I was so exhausted physically and emotionally I came home and started crying I couldn’t figure out why and this meditation told me it’s this person needing love he was really feeling sad at the time I was crying it was a telepathic message! I got exhausted and weak because he was energetically connecting feeling sad and forgotten and he feels a bit better now because I have been recognizing this and opening my heart and mind bit by bit recognizing and accepting him learning how to properly listen and love him so the sadness I felt was actually his despair he has been trying to get through and because I have been so sick physically and wasn’t emotionally ready I hadn’t yet worked through that part yet I didn’t realize how hard he’s been trying how sad he’s been and now because I’m further along in my trauma healing the message came loud and clear and I’m paying attention and acknowledging him it took me learning to forgive everything from my past even myself and look at this completely with an open mind

I dont even understand what just happened to me... that was so intense! I never react to meditations like this- it felt completely real... It was so shocking to me I have to write my story here about what happened. After a 9 year relationship I instantly met someone last year very randomly because of a friend who recently past... we had crazy improbable connections through people I'm lifelong friends with and yet we were from other states and I had to be left from my last relationship the exact day I was or we never would have met- and we had an 8 month relationship. It was very rocky for many reasons like not being over the long one etc, her wanting to move and being up and down a lot, etc. Anyways it ended bad. The crazy thing is she got me back into looking for signs from the universe etc (I used to be into that when younger and had rare experiences, and around the time it ended I got MASSIVE signs we were soulmates- synchronicities on overdrive. I knew a sign was coming before it came... they was very detailed signs- many things would happen that seemed impossible. This girl also said things to me that were mindblowing improbable. None of this correlates to what happened to us in the end. Anyways, i read a message about trying to soul link to see where to go from there- looking for... closure? Some feeling we can move on? I dont know. A confirmation it's over? When I did this meditation and linked to her- I felt intense amounts of energy that were... I mean I dont even know that I've ever felt like that before in my life! It felt like the deepest trance I've ever been in yet also very different. When I asked her what I should do she grabbed ahold of me and held me tight and told me to stay here and spend some time with her and that she misses me. And we were apologizing to eachother and she didnt want to let me go. Tears absolutely broke free from my eyes. She told me to come back and spend more time with her and was crying like crazy and smiling at me that I found her again and saying she thought she lost me forever. It was almost traumatic... Usually in a meditation I sort of feel like I'm controlling it or imagining it but this felt like it was 100 percent real. It really felt like that image of her was real and not in my mind at all. It almost scared me but felt ridiculously good. I didnt come close to falling asleep or anything at all- it wasnt a dream... I dont even know what just happened.... I dont even know how to process that. We aren't even talking and it doesnt make sense that we ever would again. I REALLY didnt expect whatever that was, or for it to feel so strong... wow. Absolutely shocking. I had to comment because I'm still in shock here. The image I had of her or whatever just was was almost terrified for me to leave her.... i cant even believe how real that felt. I dont know that it wasnt real. Wow...

Hey, Madeline. I love this meditation. I`m going through a very heavy break up. And I feel guilty of things turning out this way. I really love him. I know(and feel) that he loves me too. Unfortunately we are both exhausted from disfunction and we decided to separate ways. I want to send him love daily because I know how lonely and sad he is. With each time I feel my love stronger and stronger for him... and I'm afraid I won't be able to let go and move forward. Neither he will. Hope this makes sense. Madeline, thank you for sharing your guided meditations. This particular one is very soothing and comforting. Every time I listen to both part 1 and 2 I visualize something more. Last night the triangle of light began to flash in colour, spun into a small cone then (still spinning) expanded to surround the two of us as we linked. I often get goosebumps down my arms, have a very distinctive pressure from the top of my head to the top of my back when visualizing energy coming in through my crown and can really feel my heart beating when connecting with my partner and see green flickers of light in my third eye when seeing the light in his heart. I haven't had a breakthrough per se yet (just little signs throughout the day) but I've only just begun using your meditations and I know it'll take time. I'm just wondering if it would be more effective for me to soul link while my partner is asleep. We live in very different time zones are extremely busy and haven't spoken for about a month.

I've done the first meditation a couple times, but this is the first time I've done this one...wow! i found myself getting emotional...tearing up. Not sad tears. Almost like energy shifts or adding of energy that just started to come out. Do you have any insights on this? Is this normal? Thanks!

oh yes! Tears are a sign of release. So yes, if you are shifting up in vibration, it's going to feel like major relief from wherever you are shifting up from. Totally normal. Happy tears are a-ok in my book :D

I just recently found your meditations. I'm working on stuff related to a ghosted TF. I've done other meditations with decent results but for some reason, yours really affect me on a deeper level. During this one, some weird visions occurred. I remember wishing while I was doing it that I could stop and write them down because it was just so...different. There were 2 things that really stand out. All was going along fine until the part where you first guide us to envision opening our heart. For a split second, I saw a round, almost comical, flying object that hurtled out of the sky and crashed to the ground to the right of me. Later, while trying to connect and open my heart to my TF, a small group of playful children ran in between us. What do you think that stuff means??

I cried during releasing the past of me. had a little weird experience when I was trying to connect to the person through heart center I did it but was swirling . it felt like if my soul had got out of my body could not feel I am stable until invited the master soul ? I regularly do your Meditations but this time I had a nasty experience I can't explain. I've done this several times before but this has never happened. When I asked a spirit to join me it appeared white and featureless, not like I normally see. As it started to touch me it became long and thin with clawed hands and then I saw it's face which look like a disfigured evil person. I then had to say "I demand a higher godly spirit" Mary came down and chased this spirit away. That's never happened before and I'm very worried by it

I agree.. i how does my confirmed twin flame? i have done all all the research on twin flame and all i see is that i am suppose to figure out how to magically self love this person who i am... this person who even the judges can't believe is sill kicking.. then i realize that i my twin is just as broken cause we are mirrored... he gets to run away cause everyone in mirrored.. I didn't have the heart to tell he what was going on.. he feels feels the bond... i don't understand how anyone who could bye me a $250 after only knowing me for 5 months and mot talking to me 2 months, just to dissapear a month later... how can every tarot reading (different readers, different cards but all the same... they have us as a have ever after in 6 to 9 months for the beginning of this new years... don't they understand nothing goes right in my life... my twin flame has abandoned me twice... i belive in spirit but lost faith is god when i begged him to help save me. show me the way out of the houses of the guy who had a rape fantasy... anyway.. chapter way over.. next... I just found im an empath.. how does that mix in... I am so lost.. i can't figure out how to meditate... not sure if empath makes it worse... how did they get it so wrong i have twin flame.. problem is twin flame isn't wrong on the bond signs.. its the running phase is what he is do in right.. as my ex has shown me time after time no one can love me.. my ex i do know what to do. I feel lost
