This meditation is perhaps the most important meditation of all of Lisa's meditations I have listened to. It's about honoring our heart space. "Imagine a room full of people who knew they are enough. Who were unattached to ideas and separation, and instead, whose minds and hearts were grounded in the idea that every human being was enough." "You are enough. I am enough. You are enough. Everyone is enough. It is time to acknowledge your heart space and to remember that your heart is enough. Let go of judging the heart space. Honor your heart space."

I had some chiropractic work done last week and it must have stirred up a lot of muscle memory of trauma. At first I was thrilled with the added mobility I experienced. After 3 days, though, I started noticing that I was feeling "clogged up" in all my systems and then started feeling a build up of anxious energy elevating blood pressure and palpitations which I only experience under a lot of stress and lack of sleep. I knew I needed to do some emotional energy releasing. I listened to this meditation and I'm starting to feel more normal now. Thank you for doing these guided meditations. ❤️

The way is to Forgive yourself. The way is Self Acceptance. The Way is Self Love. The more you accept yourself, the more your accept others as they are. People don't mean to harm, they are just doing best for their survival - as life wants it. But you, dear friend, use this pain to grow Love inside. Surrender to the Pain, let the Pain take you deeper, don't run from it. Accept YourSelf Now as You Are. It is Ok, life is like that. Things happen. Let it go. Let it go. I forgive Myself. I forgive Others as well...I let go all and I surrender to this moment.

@@theresamazur626 It is a just a matter of what you consider as people - when I say people, I am talking about Egos - that includes mind. Whatever ego does, is for its survival and ego's survival is based on power. Ego even in the worst scenarios is very innocent. It simply doesn't know anything except its own vulnerability. Anytime, it will die as soon as the master (consciousness) decides. So ego does everything for its survival. This is why meditation. Go deeper within and know who you are. This is a matter of knowing life wholistically - only then you will be able to realize real meaning of what I said above. May you find love and healing, dear.
