i’m new to meditation i’ve only done it a couple times & i really enjoyed this one so thank you 🤍✨ sometimes when i meditate it gets hard for me to breathe and i panic a little (might have something to do with my anxiety) anyone have any tips?

So glad you enjoyed this meditation! Welcome. 💚🙏✨ When we breathe deeply, we release tension not only physically, but also emotionally. My advice would be to keep practicing regular deep, slow breathing (yoga can also be helpful). With time, this may allow you to release any stored anxiety. I used to struggle with anxiety myself, and this helped me too! 💚💚💚💚
