Fantastic guided meditation. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful experience with the world. I would love to try more of your guided meditations in future if you find the time to do any more. You have a great way of describing the steps really clearly that I've struggled with in the past when trying to understand the jhanas.

Nice 👍.... Couple of states for you to explore... 1) the parabrahma state... Prior to consciousness... The state of no existence 2) The light body. .... Pure consciousness cutting through the parabrahma .... The union of 0 and 1 3) Freedom from freedom ... Total loss of interest in all forms of existential and non-existential experiences. Enjoy!

Could you tell me more about source of this states and could you recommend books about these practices? I want to learn more about Buddhist meditation practices.
@vaibhavg71392 жыл бұрын
@@spiritualwarrior9615 hello, these are post awakening states of consciousness that one arrives at with sustained practice and surrender. You can google the terms I use to find the books that address these. These aren't necessarily Buddhist definitions and are very advanced. My suggestion is to work through the jhanas if ur a beginner.

Could you explain how we can study learn and meditate more on 13 Jhana? Usually I only hear about 4 Jhanas. Thank you
@pimvermeulen21154 жыл бұрын
I'm planning on writing down my experiences about them on my website. Jhana 5-8 are often called the formless abodes, or arupa Jhanas. Jhana 9-13 are sometimes called the pure abodes or Pure Land Jhanas. Perhaps if you Google these terms you can find something on them 🙏

I’ve twice now done this where I don’t remember anything from the 7-13 jhana. I guess in theory I could have fallen asleep, but I don’t think I did. Thoughts?
@pimvermeulen2115 Жыл бұрын
It appears that awareness is not clear if you don't remember your experience. A subtle state of dullness can present itself in meditation, in which there is no clear experience whatsoever. It's often a rather pleasant state but a pitfall still. Maybe see if you can become aware of the symptoms of this state, especially when it starts. When you identify it, keep yourself awake by for example standing up for a while. Hope this helps

I can't tell if this is worth meditating on because sadly, the sound track is inaudible. Spiritual beings tend not to have a good grasp of technical matters such as SOUND LEVEL, so this guided meditation might actually be the best thing ever, but only for those whose intuition is more perceptive than mine.

Haha sorry for the audio quality, thank you for the worthwhile reply though. Not sure about the spiritual being thing though.
