I feel dramatically different after preforming this meditation 👁 It’s as if my mindset has changed. Highly recommend anyone to do this.

Left the body. It was like I was looking thru a window my whole life then I realized you can look other directions and there is nothing behind you or up or down or sideways. You are only a perspective. Go with the flow allowed a deep brilliant purple to take over. Pure bliss

I had the weirdest feeling I have ever felt while meditating to this. It wasn’t good or bad. I felt myself leave my body as a form of golden light energy, hovering above and staring at the back of my head. A golden cloud emerged from my physical body and it displayed every life event that I found significant. As my golden form examined those events, it realized that there were emotions tied to them, but none of them were significant. Instead my true self simply realized that my physical body had experienced those events and that the past wasn’t relevant and neither was the future. Instead my true self felt as if it was simply appreciative at the chance to reflect and that the character fit nicely in time. And I had a strange feeling of bliss as if my character was doing well and that it was time to return to the self. 10/10 but would only do occasionally lol.

Simply wow. This is certainly one of the best guided meditations I've come across. Just did it just a few minutes ago and my spirit just took off towards the end. Pretty sure I was under for at least ten minutes after the video ended. I went everywhere and left the ego behind to explore. By the end of it, I was conversing with one of the characters in the book I am currently writing. Gave me a lot of inspiration. Thank you so much for making this awesome video!

Insane, i have reached something i would like to describe as a vibration withing my body. It feels as if i am feeling euphoric sensations flow through my body like heat . Even as i type this with my eyes open, fully here.. i am feeling these euphoric feelings. im 8 minutes into this video sitting in an office chair. I argued with 2 minds, i was just having realizations of personal problems with depression, that it may just be all in my mind. It was almost as if, i now know how to solve these problems i have been facing , like they were there all along but i was just letting my problems get in the way of my true happiness. i love, and i am loved. noone, not even my mother can tell me any differently. & if they do such, they are not worth my time.

Chase Satallante that vibration and hear is your bodys energy. It is really cool when you first start feeling your energy because once you do you can easily meditate whenever. Just take a second to notice your vibrations and move them around willingly. It is a very relaxing meditation.

i have never done a meditation like this before and when he said to picture something other than my eyelids i did not want to picture a negative thing which in return made me envision a scary image. i had to open my eyes many times during the mediation out of an unknown fear and at the part where his voice started fading out i felt unattached from myself but not completely and i opened my eyes because i was still mildly frightened and when i saw myself i did not feel that it was me and i started failing around freaking out a bit until i understood that it was my body. i can tell that im not ready for this type of meditation but it was a very interesting experience

I did this and at first I didn’t really feel anything. But a couple minutes in I got really relaxed. It was as if my body and my environment was become one. It was really trippy. I could feel my self awareness sort of fade in and out. Then unfortunately I fell asleep. I need to try this again when I feel more awake.

Wow while I was doing this meditation I could feel myself getting lighter and like 40m or so has passed because I didn't even realized the meditation was over and I was in this being moment as I was floating above my body or ego I was observing my thoughts and past memories it felt like my subconscious was healing my past memories and replacing them with more relevant memories and as soon as I become concious I floated back into my body and I looked at the time it was almost 4am and I started this meditation at around 2:50 so I can't even remember half the things I was doing subconsciously.. this is one of my weirdest meditation experiences so far good video:D

I enjoyed the audio a whole lot. I entered sleep paralysis quickly and was able to remain fully immersed in the consciousness which was observing my body. I felt pure bliss. it was effortless for me to follow each step you gave and allow myself to let go of most things. with repetition and positive intentions, I know I'll reach a point where I'll be able to allow myself to let go of it all completely.

hey man, this was actually my first meditation. And it worked way better and quicker than i thought it would. my body began to feel numb and weightless, my aches and pains disappeared, my spine felt warm (weirdly), and I stopped thinking of my memories and self. I was floating away from my body and mind combined (so i think).. thanks again

This was amazing, and I will DEFINITELY be doing it again. It's amazing how there actually is something without "you". There was some distraction in the environment that brought me out of it, but I have to say that it was amazing how I was able to just let everything go entirely. There was no feelings of attachment to anything, and I was amazed at how without those attachments there is just pure bliss. I have kind of experienced a similar thing before, but I have to say that each time I have it is incredible! I am TRULY amazed that listening to a simple guided meditation video was able to get me as far as I got!

Whenever I forget to turn it off when falling asleep to meditative music or OBEs, I always wake the whole house up with blood curdling screams. Even if the next video is peaceful, my subconscious gets shaken and freaks out.

I did this, and it's amazing. Thank you, Ryan. Advice to other people trying it out: turn off autoplay when you do the guided meditation. The next video came on and woke me up abruptly, and I didn't get all of my memories back for two hours, for all of which time, I was deepy confused and terrified. Don't go that route xD

yea none of the meditations ever worked for me cus most of them are too woowoo or new age and didnt make sense. LSD did it for me, but when ego death happens its not what you imagine it to be and its not fun or nice feeling until you breakthrough because you feel like you are actually dying. thats what ego death is. you die. ego is you. every time you say "i" that is ego. and you really die. but you come back

I don't know if that was what I was on my way to experiencing, the ego death. And LSD, can work it depends, I'm sure its different for everybody. It's a short cut. And for me personally the experiences I have on LSD have almost never been long lasting. I guess it was not Ego death, because it was a 3d eye meditation I had donde it a few times. And I started to see things, hallucinating, I felt like I was nothing but all? Fragments, vibrations. Lifted really high. But I started to feel scared, I started to think? I don't know I thought I was going to go insane, it was too much. I guess I was not prepared. I stoped in the middle of it all. And ever since then I've had like "paranoia" of getting mental. Like I really fucked my self over. I've had weird thoughts of it, thoughts that fysical put me in a state that is not nice. I should break trough. It's gotten better because I realize I'm not here when I get a bit "neurotic". Future scenarios, well it's happening in the now but the future minute is what bugs me. But I used to get distorted from reality and thought that I was concsiously getting schizofrenia Wich doesn't make sence haha. Also because I was getting further away from meditation and everyday trying to consiously be aware. I'm back on meditation and is much more aware and took control over my own thoughts more. But when I stop meditating get taken over buy the Ego and not being aware it can get bad.. So I have to meditate and be consious to be sane I guess haha.. Well that's everybody in a sence 😅😅. I never took psychadelics after my experience because of fear of what might happen, I guess. I'm embracing euphoric meditations with some visions at times.. I don't know sorry, maybe I got off the topic and it's a weird respond. But if someone gets something out if it do tell. I suppose it was something else then getting to an Ego death haha..

Sensory Deprivation, your bodies way of trying to make sense of now having no sensory input. Stay still and imagine it as your bodies last way of trying to keep you from relaxing. Once you make it past that point, the true relaxation sets in, pure bliss.

I kinda went into this meditation feeling scared like I was gonna die or something and as I was doing it around the eight minute part I felt like I was going numb that part didn't scare me but I felt my heart racing really fast and I just felt so uncomfortable and it felt like something pulled be backwards out of the meditation like I was submerged underwater and someone pulled me out. I tried this meditation hoping that I would kill my ego or sense of self so I wouldn't have to feel hatred, spite, and fear everyday and that I could just be some autonomous creature just going through life and living the best way I can like so many others seem to flawlessly do everyday. I hated myself so much I wanted to leave it behind so I could continue but then I got scared I don't know why.

While the idea of having an ego death and transcending everything that is associated with it may seem attractive upon first inspection, it is important to recognize that the ego is not necessarily a negative thing and viewing it as your enemy can be detrimental to you. The goal should always be to develop a healthy ego and this can be accomplished by deep introspection of what the ego truly is and how it affects you and your loved ones. Recognizing what the ego for what it is will greatly assist in subduing it, but again, it would not be wise to blow this out of proportion because it is a necessary part of our experience that enables us to function in this 3D material realm and you will not be able to cope with life without the concepts of language, memories, etc. This is simply my take on the matter, but please feel free to take what resonates with you and discard everything else. Abundance, health, and prosperity to all.

My breathing is fine, but my visualization is the worst. When Ryan says to float above your body and look down, i get flashes of seeing my body from that perspective but nothing like a full image, and by that time hes advanced more and i stay at that stage

Had to stop at 11:58 the jump from moving to the heart to 4 feet out of body was too harsh a transition and when i couldnt feel that it snapped me out of the meditation

Hey ryan, i've tried a few different guided meditations and or binaural beats before and have always done so in attempt to astral project during the video. Is that the correct way to use these meditations? To only use them when going to sleep trying to project? or are they meant to be used during the day to train your subconscious mind? or even something to listen to fully before you go to bed... Ive never fully understood how to properly meditate.

Love this visualisation, it has really helped with my mediumship practice!! I look down at myself and actually feel love for the human body I see, this was the first time I've ever felt like that about myself, but viewing myself as someone else would its easier to do. Can you clarify one thing though, you mention not to do this on the side you sleep, does this mean, side of the bed, side of me, or are you saying site? Wasn't sure! Thanks :)

All I experienced was a barrier between my thoughts completely and blackness. I felt numb. Not sure if this means anything. I’ve experienced stage 4 - satori during a dxm trio but I’ve since opted to reframe from drug use as I’m trying to heal my anxiety naturally and drugs seem to affect my healing. Anyone have any advice to make the transition from relying on dxm to just meditation to continue and hopefully one day achieve enlightenment, or just more spiritual encounters?

stacey orumwense focus on your breathing every time you get distracted and that thought should go away for a little while and the more you practice it the longer you can stay thoughtless. It takes time so be patient.

I felt tons of vibrations and when I looked inside myself I felt a lot of heat like a flame also it felt like my body was spinning in circles really fast any body know what this means thanks
