Exactly! I have tried so many meditations, only to stop them because the talking was more like noise to the anxious mind. This was perfect.

This meditation is absolutely wonderful!! They are ALL wonderful. Since finding you here yesterday I feel I have cried an ocean of tears. Why? I don't know. It's as though all of the pain that has been buried deep inside is finding it's way out. Your words, your voice, bring such peace, tranquility within. I've never known anything quite like it. I've had anxiety disorder for most of my life but the last 18 years have been very traumatic but here, listening to your voice . . . these sessions . . . is creating somewhere deep inside a little haven of rest and peace where I can just "be". "Thank you" doesn't come anywhere NEAR what I would like to say. You are a blessing and a gift to so many. You are obviously a very kind, caring and understanding soul. May all that you do to help others come back and bless you a million times over.

I like to see myself under the harsh waves in the peaceful ocean amongst the creatures of the deep sea, looking up as the waves crash knowing I don’t have to worry about that right know. I also see myself in a forest by a lake in the sun, watching the wild animals pass as i sit perfectly still and calm while the angels heal my soul. Great video 🙏

I absolutely love this meditation. I have listened and found helpful all of your previous meditations. Helped to bring me back from a dark place. Is it possible to have you do this meditation with the lead in voice and a little longer with just the sounds. Say another 10 minutes? Many, many thanks.

I have been searching for any relief for over 10 years....persevere with this because I actually got some relief for the first time in all these years... I am beginning to believe that changing my brain is actually possible ....contrary to all my previous beliefs. Unfortunately I am now hearing it badly after the session but do believe that if I practice every day, possibly several times a day my brain will realise that I dont need to worry about this silly noise....i am truly amazed ...please try this....

I am so glad this is helping! I will be coming out with a calming sound therapy/relaxing 30 minute session tomorrow, too!

Perhaps I will try and practice this again. I have not habituated like I am supposed to. I think I may have something different as it is pulsatile blood rushing around my head.. Best wishes Amelia

Nice! What are the frequencies for the binaural beats in the background? Sounds to my raw ear like fluctuating in the mid theta range (I didn't have time or resources with me to asses) ...are the bird sounds and voice embedded with same binaural frequencies? Was this put together with aid of Transparent Corp software? Thanks!

This is a nice, relaxation exercise, but it is not mindfulness. Mindfulness is connecting to exactly what’s happening in the present moment without judgment. It’s not about breathing and relaxing.
