Best guided meditation I’ve ever listened to by far. This video is like an escape for me, it gets rid of all my stress and worry, I feel so connected when I visit that forest and burn my insecurities. I got emotional while standing in that forest, alone, I imagined it to be a place where I am the most happiest.

I’m thankful to God Jesus and the Holy Spirit for this meditation. It helped me so much. I was going 51 days without PMO. I relapsed and this video is still helping

Feeling so strong afterwards. Big Big Thank you! Already in Day 13 right now. Will help me a lot in my masculinity and therefore in a lot of different sectors of my life. This phase where ,,I was sitting in the forest'' and was burning my insecurities - two of those really got me emotionally and made therefore made me so much stronger. Appreciating the work you do!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! The forest visualization was amazing. I left feeling like a true god. Like a ninja in the forest letting go all of his past burdens to become a true master. And as soon as I got out of the meditation it was 11:11 🥷🏾🕊Thank you 🙏🏾

Day 0... 😣 I think what it is is that I keep overthinking every time I relapse - overthinking about my goals, my visions, how I’m not going to let negative people affect me. Even though this sounds good feeling like I HAVE to remind myself it every single time I relapse is just draining and pointless I feel. Because my brain becomes filled and that just leads me to relapsing the following day

Day 0! Idk what’s going on but I’ve never felt like this before. Since I’m not use to meditating I guess this feeling is new to me. I feel happy and proud. I only went through half of the video because I was scared of this new feeling. Other than that I have become more appreciative to myself. I went vegan for two months and continue to keep going. I have been aiming for my drivers license and now I feel like I know I will get it. I feel like masturbation is the only thing stopping to become a man. I will listen to this everyday for now on. Thank you!

Meditate, pushups, workout, walk/run 6 miles a day. Delete social media. Make plans with your friends and family. Go to the library and coffee shop. Do yoga! Try! Follow your intuition. The key is within you. Limit the amount of time you spend watching Netflix and KZbin. Practice discipline and you’ll quickly find your way. Don’t give up. Help is available

My fail problems is when i go to bed. Yesterday i had to release the energy through ejaculation. I couldn't hold it anymore, i had to respect my body and my actual mind, it was not processing well the energy, even trying hard. Can this meditation help in these hours? I've already used tantric music, with accepting and enjoying that sexual desire, and suddenly the energy of the desire vanishes and be distributed in the entire body. It works, and it's AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL!
