To be the best person you can be, to help and support those loved ones surrounding you, you need to first love and care for yourself. The idea of self-care doesn't always mean going out to the spa to get pampered. It can also mean trusting your heart and your intuition to guide you in the right direction in life. It means taking the time to listen to your heart and your intuition often. It is the kind and compassionate way you speak to yourself.

The experience was beyond words. I was in a boyancy state. It took literally 2 minutes or more to open the eyes after the meditation was over. I am my own date. I am my own valentine. I am enough for myself. I am love. I am the universe for myself. I don't need anyone to approve me or certify me to be complete. I have accepted the way I am. I never judge or doubt myself. All I know is I am a divine son of the God and I love myself. Thank you. NAMASTE.

It’s a struggle for me to pour self-love into my heart, mind, body and soul after many years of self-hate treatment to my being. I hated everything about me! Meditations such as this, are a treasure to me and have helped tremendously in learning how to accept myself just as I am. It’s only been a year since I started the process and in the beginning I quit here and there thinking it was a bunch of a hocus pocus thing. What I discovered and embrace about guided meditation is the fact, the evidence that it truly is working...I’m learning that * I am enough *...I am. Thank you Sarah for being a big part of me healing.

I have listened to a few of your self-love meditations now. Noticed you emphasize self-acceptance. Feminine Yin is being, passive, acceptance, praise, gentleness, soft and tender, going with flow, surrender. Masculine Yang is doing, active, constructive positive criticism, firmness, hard and tough, self-discipline, setting goals, making plans, taking massive action. I think there is Yin and Yang style self-love.

Today was very challenging day for me for my emotional state. I was looking for help and after having a glass of red wine ( haven't had one for a year) I found this meditation which made me calm and I definitely will use it for some time. This is self love listening this meditation . Love it❤

Hello Sarah.I have been listening to your meditations for quite some time and your voice so calming at times I drift off to sleep . Meditation is something I have been practicing for years and last 12 years am on a particular path with various techniques. This meditation helps to curb the self predications one places on oneself causing sadness. Then you are given guidance on how to work through the judgment placed on your self. It leaves you with hope and relief of a better way to be. Thank you for this.

Good morning sara thank you again for your meditation I hope you're doing well as usual it was perfect timing with my epilepsy i get seizures and I had one in my sleep last night woke up this morning and because of the convulsions every part of my body was in pain but I sat with you listening to your voice especially when you spoke about self love letting go of the stuff that no longer serves me if telling you I got up from this meditation a different person.
