Cozy Cottage in The Haven: Guided Sleep Meditation (Deep REM Sleep)

During this guided sleep meditation we will relax your body and mind and prepare you for a restful night of sleep. In a cosy cottage with the wind and rain outside, a soothing light will scan your whole body and fully relax you before you fall into a deep REM sleep.
The cozy cottage is set in a place called "The Haven", an imaginary small village, set on the edge of reality. It is a place of complete comfort and safety. The haven is featured in many of our other meditations and visualisations, and information about The Haven can be found here:

I absolutely adore the work you guys do, and you are by far my most favorite creators for sleep stories/meditation, and these ones with the rain/cottage theme are the ones I constantly go to help get me to fight insomnia and get sleep. This one however left me so frustrated as the rain/background music keeps fading way out and then suddenly get super loud when the voice came in, so I would just start to drift off and then be shocked awake when the voice and background sounds would suddenly blast back up. It was very jarring and kicked the anxiety way up. Like trying to listen to your favorite song but someone keeps turning the volume up and down randomly. Like I said I love the work you do and this is an amazing story it would be perfection if the background sounds stayed at a constant level
